A slightly stylized environment I did at The Game Assembly. Spent most of the project researching and experimenting with the capabilities of the Unreal Engine, exploring things like vertex painting with masks, instanced materials, and tiling material textures from an atlas sheet blended with unique normal textures and wear masks.
In the end, I managed to texture the entire scene using just 4x 1024x2048 textures.
